Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at: email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days after receiving it and we will send you a refund after we processed the return. Please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org when requesting a return for your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

** Please note that earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
**Returns postmarked outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted**
Please return the items in their original package.
We do not offer return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping cost.
As soon as we have processed your return we will issue a refund.
Please pack the items adequately so that they won't break or get lost.
Necklaces that arrive completely tangled will not be accepted and sent back to you. Please make sure to put them back in it's original packaging (i.e. jewelry box or jewelry pouch)Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
