How long will it take for my IslaChic purchase to arrive?
We will do our best to ship your purchase from our home office within 48 hours of purchase. For all made-to-order items, please allow up to 5-10 days for your purchase to be ready to ship. We offer FREE SHIPPING on any domestic orders over $50.00 and on international orders over $200.00.

We offer USPS as our main shipping carrier.
USPS First Class: 1-5 Business Days for delivery
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 3 Business Days for delivery
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 Business Day for delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If your order is shipping outside of the United States, it may take up to 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on your destination, shipping rate, and local postal handling.
Some countries and regions may require additional time for delivery due to regulations and customs clearance.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a $5.00 flat-rate shipping fee for domestic orders. If you would like expedited shipping, these rates will be calculated at checkout.
All shipping rates outside of the United States are calculated at checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at: info@islachicc.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Please note that some items, including the Lucia Charm Necklace and all pieces from the La Dolce Vita Collection, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us first at: info@islachicc.com when requesting a return for your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please reach out and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

Please note that earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Returns postmarked outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Please return the items in their original packaging.
We do not offer return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund.
Please pack the items adequately so they won't break or get lost.
Necklaces that arrive completely tangled will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please make sure to put them back in their original packaging (i.e., jewelry box or jewelry pouch).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
